MJP are delighted to announce that Rob Smith has been elected to the Board of Directors of MJP Architects by its Qualifying Employee shareholders.
Rob was Chairman and Senior Partner of Davis Langdon, a global cost and project management consultancy, until 2011. He is a Quantity Surveying Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects.
Rob succeeds Alex Reid, former Director General of the Royal Institute of British Architects, who served four terms on our Board.
MJP has been owned and ultimately controlled by its employees through an Employee Benefit Trust since 2007. All MJP’s Directors serve three year terms and are elected or re-elected onto the Board by staff that have been with us for two years or more.
